Employment Type

Qualifications

-Interior Designer (Full-time/Part-time Contract Employee)
The primary focus is interior design work, but graphic and product designers are also welcome.
Proficiency in VectorWorks, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Candidates with extensive practical experience and the ability to work in English will be prioritized.

Compensation

Annual salary increase, annual bonus, transportation allowance (with upper limit), full social insurance coverage
Salary: Monthly salary of ¥250,000 or more (determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations)
(Maximum 6-month probationary period; conditions are the same as regular employment)

Qualifications

Interior Designer (Part-Time Contract Employee)
Limited to candidates with at least 3 years of practical experience at a graphic design company, interior/architectural design firm, or construction company who wish to work reduced hours.
Working hours are negotiable.

Compensation

Employment requires working at least three days per week. Salary will be determined based on ability.

Qualifications

Class 1 or 2 Architect (Full-time/Part-time Contract Employee)
Candidates must hold a Class 1 or Class 2 Architect license and have at least 3 years of practical experience at an architectural design firm or construction company.
Preference given to candidates capable of performing duties in English.

Compensation

Annual salary increase, annual bonus, transportation allowance (with upper limit), full social insurance coverage
Monthly salary of ¥300,000 or more (determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations)
(Up to 6-month probationary period; conditions are the same as regular employment)
